Phase One
The first phase of the wider masterplan is mainly residential, with a generous offering of outdoor amenity areas through contact-quality lakes, parks and walkways. A commercial area along Hutchinson Rd is also included in this first phase.
Key to this phase is the full integration of the river and lakes into the residential master plan, ensuring owners derive the full benefit of ‘just adding water’.
The other key component of Phase One is Te Awa Lakes Village Centre which is the starting point for the entire development. Construction is aimed to commence in 2023.
Stage One
Due to commence construction in 2023, Stage One will feature Te Awa Lakes Village Centre, a mixed-use commercial precinct including retail and hospitality, as well as the first release of medium-density housing, terrace homes and walk-up apartments being built by G.J. Gardner Homes.
